The International Stanisław Moniuszko Competition of Polish Music, which will take place from September 11 through September 18, 2021 at the Artur Malawski Subcarpathian Philharmonic Hall in Rzeszów, is organized in compliance with all applicable Covid-19 regulations and restrictions. Event security is provided in cooperation with the undisputed leader in the field, both regionally and nationwide: the “Medyk” Medical Center in Rzeszów.

In order to ensure the safety of competition participants, jurors, accredited journalists, audience and staff, all rooms are ozonized and scanned with UV lamps. All interiors are also ventilated on a running basis, to the fullest extent possible.

Moreover, a medical accreditation point has been opened in front of the Philharmonic’s building, where the following groups may collect their respective accreditations:

– fully vaccinated (the vaccine must be licensed for use in the European Union and a minimum of 14 days must have elapsed since complete vaccination)

– Covid-19 convalescents (with a history of Covid-19 disease within the past 6 months)

– individuals with a valid negative RT-PCR test result

– individuals with a valid negative antigen test result and/or breath test result using the innovative ML System device – both tests are performed on site, free of charge in the process of obtaining medical accreditation.

Obtaining the above accreditation and signing the appropriate statement is a prerequisite for participation in the event. Certain types of accreditation require to be updated – each event participant will receive relevant and personalized information during the first visit at the medical accreditation point.

The medical accreditation point also offers Covid-19 vaccinations.

Due to the current epidemiological threat, we urge the public to strictly follow the instructions issued by the representatives of medical services and the organizer. On the premises of the event, the following rules apply:

• maintaining social distance,

• disinfecting hands,

• wearing protective masks.

The award ceremony and the laureates’ concert will take place on September 18, at 19:00 at the Artur Malawski Subcarpathian Philharmonic Hall in Rzeszów. You can follow the on-line broadcast on the YouTube channel of the National Institute of Music and Dance: https://youtu.be/pSZcuzFEvhM
